Terms and Conditions Agreement

All parties involved, including contractors, must read and agree to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein. These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by DBI Graphics and Consulting. Once payment is received, these terms and conditions become legally binding. Any work completed by DBI Graphics and Consulting, its partners, and contractors is protected under these terms. DBI Graphics and Consulting is not bound by any conditions imposed by the client, contractor, or buyer unless those conditions are agreed to in writing and signed by all company owners and partners. Additionally, DBI Graphics and Consulting reserves the right to use all designs produced for marketing, commercial, and promotional purposes.

 

Payment Terms

Payment must be made before services are rendered—no exceptions will be made. All services are non-refundable. Please note that DBI Graphics and Consulting does not produce mock designs for viewing. Once you agree to work with us, time is considered spent on your design. If the client finds the work unacceptable, we will work to meet the client’s needs at no additional cost. However, if you become extremely difficult to reason with, no further communication or work will be done and your project will be considered complete. Design specifications can be found on the FAQ page and are governed by these terms and conditions. DBI Graphics and Consulting reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason.

Invoices are emailed at the clients request. Otherwise payments can be made via cash app, paypal and Zelle. DBI Graphics and Consulting may accept checks at its discretion, but reserves the right to refuse any check at any time. For the safety of our staff and due to COVID-19 restrictions, we do not meet clients in person.  We may not be local to your area. We also maintain professional, business-only relationships.

 

Design Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary depending on the project specifications, ranging from next day to up to 20 business days. An estimated completion timeframe will be provided once payment is received. Keep in mind that we operate on a first-come, first-pay basis. For website design services, you will have up to three months to provide necessary content, colors, and logos. Orders not fulfilled within six months will be forfeited, and no refund will be given. While the client may not have provided enough content, we may begin work based on the information already available regarding your business. We strive to accommodate all clients, despite a busy schedule, and we value your business. However, priority is not given to any one request over others.

For logo design, we will strive to provide you with three mockups for viewing and editing. If you are not satisfied with either one, we are willing produce another set for review. If you are still not satisfied with the mockups, we will revist the logo design questionnaire to ensure that your vision was communicated properly and only one final mockup will be produced. If you are still not satisfied, your project will be considered complete and no further attempts will be made nor will any refunds be given.

Hours of Operation

DBI Graphics and Consulting operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day, unless decided otherwise by the owner. All communication will occur within business hours, unless at the owner’s discretion. It is not guaranteed that communication will happen outside of regular hours.

If you have specific timing concerns, please reach out to us before purchasing a service to ensure your order can be accommodated within your desired timeframe. We will always do our best to meet our clients’ needs, but in the event of unforeseen circumstances, the estimated turnaround times may be adjusted.
